Delivery policy update announcement

We have updated the Shipping and Delivery Policy to clearly reflect delivery mechanisms with the Romanian Post and the rules applicable to countries where esoteric, religious, or pagan materials may be restricted or even prohibited.

• All orders are processed from our warehouse in Bucharest and generally delivered within 3–10 business days of order confirmation. 

• You can choose delivery via Romanian Post or partner couriers (Cargus, DPD, Fan Courier, DHL, FedEx, Sameday, etc.). 

• Shipping costs are automatically displayed in the shopping cart, depending on the country/region and delivery method.

For orders shipped via Romanian Post, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and service selected. Exact estimates are displayed upon order completion.

Countries with restrictions or where esotericism is regulated

For packages delivered to countries/areas where pornography, materials "contrary to local morals" or religious/esoteric content may be criminalized or strictly restricted, Tiamat.ro:

• can provide declarative documentation on the contents of the package, so as to show that it does not contain materials that would cause legal problems for the recipient; 

• does not assume responsibility for confiscation, return or other actions taken by customs or postal authorities in these countries; 

• recommends contacting the post office or customs office in the destination country in advance to check the possibility of receiving this type of product.

Please note: Some countries have strict laws regarding the importation of any type of material deemed “contrary to local religious, moral, or political norms” or esoteric materials. The exact list varies depending on each country’s laws and may include printed matter, symbols, ritual objects, or other similar goods — and these may be confiscated or refused at customs. 

Communication of the contents of the package

When shipping packages to such destinations, content declarations are made for the purpose of:

• clarify the nature of the products and avoid misinterpretations;

• limit the risk that the recipient will be held criminally liable or encounter problems at customs.

Legal and logistical limitations

• For logistical and legal reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery to all addresses outside Romania. 

• The responsibility for retaining or returning packages in the case of countries with restrictions lies entirely with the postal/customs authorities of that country.
