Announcement regarding the change in VAT rates

Dear friends and supporters,

In the context of the new tax regulations in Romania, starting August 1, 2025, the standard VAT rate will increase from 19% to 21%, and the reduced rates of 5% and 9% will be eliminated or consolidated into a single reduced rate of 11%, valid only for certain strictly defined goods and services (food, medicines, HoReCa, books, etc.).

But we have good news for our community: all the products and services we offer and invoice will not be affected by this VAT increase. We remain faithful to the principle of solidarity: we will not pass on the VAT increase to our customers, regardless of the context.

What does it mean specifically:

• Final prices remain the same, with no adjustments to billing.
• We directly support the community, out of solidarity.
• We assume the tax difference without charging customers.
