Once you have purchased this service you will receive an email from us to set up your appointment.

You MUST have purchased the service through the website in the first place, otherwise your appointment will not take place.

On the day of your appointment, I will send you an email at the appointed time to clarify with you how you would like us to communicate for our session. Please make sure you keep a note of the date and time you have scheduled me for and that you are on time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will have to pay for another one, as time was wasted. The appointment lasts 1 hour, payment is made for a 1-hour interval.
